About The Position

VaynerX is looking for a motivated, highly organized, and proactive Associate, Business Development to join our Global Business Development team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our sales process moving, providing vital operational and research support across the entire VaynerX portfolio (VaynerMedia, ChukMedia, Gallery Media Group, and more). The Associate is responsible for pipeline hygiene, market research, and assisting in the creation of strategic sales materials. You will support senior leadership in coordinating integrated pitches, ensuring that every deliverable that leaves the building is of the highest quality and aligned with the "Vayner Way".

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field. We are open to recent graduates who can demonstrate a hunger to learn, a "honey empire" attitude, and a baseline understanding of the agency landscape.
  • You are an active practitioner on social platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.) and understand the shift from potential reach to actual attention.
  • You have a "no task is too small" attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environment.
  • You are eager to learn the pillars of a client's business to help the team understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an obsession for detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and a general curiosity about how AI tools (Gemini, Claude) can streamline workflows.
  • You don't just find gaps; you jump in to fill them before being asked.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient process for lead and opportunity creation in Salesforce and LinkedIn, ensuring 100% data integrity and accuracy for the Global BD team.
  • Conduct deep-dive research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform our "how we win" strategies.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updating of VaynerX-wide sales materials, including capabilities decks, case studies, and top SMA (Social Media Ad) examples.
  • Act as the final line of defense for outbound deliverables, ensuring all decks and communications are free of errors and polished to perfection.
  • Partner with Project Management to ensure meetings start on time, agendas are prepared, and action items are captured and distributed.
  • Assist in drafting the client-facing versions of VaynerX thought leadership materials and updated sales materials.
  • Partner closely with internal design and marketing resources to drive excellence in material creation and keep output timelines on track.
