As an Associate Broker, you’ll support investment sales, acquisitions, and capital market transactions within the Multifamily sector throughout Wisconsin. Working with our brokers, you’ll analyze, underwrite, and communicate financial and market fundamentals that guide client decisions. This role provides hands-on exposure to the transaction lifecycle, from underwriting and valuation to marketing, due diligence, and closing, within Colliers’ collaborative, high-performance environment.
