Requirements
- Knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical and professional arena.
- Effective communication skills.
- Market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situations.
- Negotiation skills.
- History of building credibility (knowledge/trust) with both clients and Account Executives throughout our extensive internal network.
- Willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within three months of hire.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry related experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage in, or even facilitate, client/broker strategy meetings.
- Create innovative solutions for our clients.
- Prepare proposals and endorsements, submission and data analysis, and other activities related to the placement and servicing of structured portfolio solutions within defined time boundaries.
- Servicing, billing, and binding of new and existing accounts.
- Handle requests for quotation to a set of insurance carriers with limited room for compromise, and preparation of reports summarizing results.
- Handle daily work within established guidelines and receive guidance on newly introduced assignments.
