About The Position

This 10-week Summer MBA Marketing Internship is designed for first-year business school students to work on real brand challenges, develop marketing skills, and contribute to iconic brands at Keurig Dr Pepper. Interns will be assigned an individual project addressing a live business challenge, such as brand strategy, consumer insights, data analysis, and go-to-market planning. Final recommendations will be presented to senior marketing leaders, with the possibility of implementation. The program emphasizes impact on brands, collaboration among interns, and significant exposure to marketing leadership. It is structured around four pillars: Coaching & Feedback, Holistic Marketing Training, Culture & Networking Events, and Access to Leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a two-year, full-time MBA program; must be between your 1st and 2nd year (expected graduation the year following the internship).
  • 3–6 years of full-time, post-undergraduate professional experience.
  • Strong analytical aptitude — able to work with data and translate findings into stories and strategic action.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing concentration is not required but is a plus.
  • CPG, beverage, or brand marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with syndicated marketing research databases (e.g., Circana/IRI, Numerator, YouGov, Mintel) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Tackle real brand challenges and develop best-in-class marketing skills.
  • Work on an individual stretch project addressing a live business challenge, from brand strategy and consumer insights to data analysis and go-to-market planning.
  • Present final recommendations to senior marketing leaders.
  • Dive into brand, industry, and consumer data to identify business issues and opportunities.
  • Apply multiple data sources (Circana/IRI, Numerator, YouGov) to uncover actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Own and drive an individual summer brand project end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with a Project Lead and cross-functional partners to shape project approach, build a story, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Develop an understanding of the consumer and translate insights into actionable implications.
  • Contribute to brand planning conversations and assist in developing materials for recommendations.
  • Gain exposure to annual brand planning, budgeting processes, and cross-functional brand alignment.
  • Engage with colleagues across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Innovation, Sales, and Operations.
  • Schedule coffee chats with marketers outside of their day-to-day team.
  • Deliver a 25–30-minute strategic presentation to senior Marketing leadership.
