About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring an Associate Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) in Consumer Banking and Lending as part of its National Branch Network. This foundational role begins in a temporary licensing-program position, during which the employee receives coaching and guidance to obtain the required FINRA securities and state insurance licenses. Series 6 and Series 63 (or recognized equivalents) are required, and Series 65 or an equivalent may be required in certain states. SAFE registration is required at employment. After completing licensing, the employee transitions to the Associate Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role and participates in the Premier Banker Associate Program, receiving hands-on practice and personalized coaching. Successful completion of that program leads to transition into the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. The role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships, understanding customers’ financial needs and goals, and connecting them with appropriate banking, credit, investment, and digital self-service solutions. The employee works with branch colleagues and partners across business banking, mortgage, and wealth and investment management, while adhering to risk, compliance, licensing, and sales-practice requirements. Ongoing employment is contingent on meeting applicable FINRA, SAFE, Loan Originator, background, and financial fitness requirements. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
