Masters Transportation•Kansas City, MO
•$48,000 - $60,000•Hybrid

About The Position

At Master’s Transportation, we’re growing, and we’re looking for great people to grow with us. For more than 30 years, we’ve provided commercial transportation solutions to organizations across the country. We’re proud of what we’ve built, but even more excited about where we’re going next. If you’re someone who can keep people, customers, vehicles, and priorities moving in the right direction, this could be a great next step. As our Associate Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with Department Leaders and have a hands-on role in nearly every part of the branch, including customer service, fleet operations, transportation logistics, employee leadership, sales support, and daily operations. This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your entire day behind a desk. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in, solving problems, supporting the team, and helping create a great experience for our customers.
