Associate Behavioral Health Care Manager

Colla Health Private Link Job Board
$50,000 - $60,000Remote

About The Position

Colla Health helps cancer patients improve their quality of life by providing behavioral healthcare as an extension of their medical treatment. Many cancer patients suffer from mental health conditions that are left untreated, negatively impacting their quality of life, health outcomes, and overall cost of care. Colla Health aims to provide accessible behavioral health services embedded within oncology practices. They have developed a behavioral health services and technology company to support patients' mental health alongside their physical health treatment plans. Their initial offering utilizes virtual mental health services through the Collaborative Care Model, which will be scaled using technology to focus on value-based care outcomes. The Associate Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) is an entry-level role within Colla Health's care model. These individuals act as trusted advocates, providing targeted behavioral health support that integrates with a patient's physical healthcare. They serve as a crucial link between the entire care team, including primary care providers and psychiatric consultants, ensuring a unified and compassionate care plan. The Associate BHCM will deliver care to cancer patients using the Collaborative Care Model, receiving guidance and support from senior clinicians to enhance their skills and clinical expertise. This is a fully remote position, supporting one or more partner practices, with a Monday-Friday work schedule. Colla Health is engaged in evergreen hiring, proactively seeking talent for current and future needs, and candidates will be considered for opportunities as they arise.
