About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. For over 26 years, Beacon ABA Services has worked alongside families, Early Intervention programs, and school systems across Massachusetts to help young children with ASD reach their fullest potential. This role involves delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD, implementing play-based, evidence-backed programs in clients' homes, collaborating closely with families and supervisors, and tracking developmental progress.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
  • Thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
  • Results-driven with a genuine desire to help children reach their milestones
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
  • High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)
  • Prior experience working with young children is preferred; all levels considered. Full training is otherwise provided!

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Deliver fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon
