About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients pursue their financial goals. This position is part-time for 20 hours at the Riverwoods Branch in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients' financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
