Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to pre-qualified, exclusive leads.
Use active listening and persuasion to build rapport and guide clients through the initial stages of homeownership.
Support loan origination by gathering initial client information and qualifying prospects for residential mortgages.
Manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and notes using CRM software.
Develop lead generation skills alongside top producers.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy office environment.
