Requirements
- Sales & Outbound Calling: comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, not afraid of rejection
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: organized, consistent, and always following up
- Customer Service & Client Relations: warm, professional, and able to put people at ease
- Negotiation & Relationship Building: you think long-term and play for the client's trust
- Adaptability & Coachability: you take feedback well and apply it immediately
- Time Management & Organization: you juggle multiple clients and tasks without dropping the ball
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish/English: a significant advantage in our Michigan market and strongly preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to pre-qualified, exclusive leads — no cold calling strangers from a random list
- Use active listening and persuasion to build rapport and guide clients through their first steps toward homeownership
- Support loan origination by gathering initial client information and helping qualify prospects for residential mortgages
- Manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and notes using CRM software
- Develop your lead generation skills alongside top producers
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy office where team collaboration and professionalism are core values
