The Associate Banker delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying their needs and providing financial advice and guidance. Key responsibilities include guiding customers on digital and self-serve options, conducting conversations about banking services, and providing personal banking and investment advice. The Associate Banker also handles customer transactions, reviews profiles for opportunities, and supports operational activities such as inventory management and escalated service requests. This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, and may involve working at multiple branches with a flexible schedule. The role requires adherence to risk and compliance policies, staying current with financial market trends, and protecting the Bank's assets.
