About The Position
As an Associate Banker in JPMorganChase’s Diversified Industries Discipline Commercial Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting industry-leading clients. You will leverage your sector expertise and financial acumen to provide tailored advice, drive new business opportunities, and deepen existing partnerships. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will introduce our comprehensive suite of products – including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services – to help clients navigate the unique challenges of the heavy equipment distribution industry. Requirements
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership and consultative sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
- Ability to assess risks inherent to complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services, including credit, treasury, and merchant services
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for commercial banking
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in a similar banking or finance role, preferably with exposure to equipment finance, credit analysis, or commercial banking
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Superior knowledge of market dynamics and business environment in the heavy equipment distribution sector
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience with digital banking platforms and CRM tools
