About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering strong client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role is full-time, 40 hours, at the Barberton Branch in Barberton, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions and technology-based self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch colleagues to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
