About The Position

This role is for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial advice. As an Associate Banker, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients. You will be responsible for assisting bankers with new prospects, deepening existing client relationships, completing portfolio reviews, building market share, and managing client dialogue. In the Healthcare Services specialization, you will collaborate closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, demonstrating a strong interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, partnership, and an exceptional work ethic with attention to detail.

Requirements

3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
Strong leadership skills required
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
Extensive knowledge of products and services

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
