About The Position

As an Associate Banker within the Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit - Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries team, you will play a crucial role in supporting client acquisition and nurturing ongoing relationships in the region. You will concentrate on expanding and retaining profitable relationships with nonprofit health systems, colleges and universities, and not-for-profit organizations. Your comprehensive understanding of our solutions, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions, will be essential. Our most successful bankers utilize a strategic approach to market activity and prospecting to achieve their goals. This role is not eligible for employer sponsored immigration support of any kind.

Requirements

3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience.
Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
Strong leadership skills required
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly

Nice To Haves
