This position is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated tools in a variety of platforms to enhance workflow and meet project needs. Assisting in design and development of new departmental automated tools in a variety of platforms including but not limited to Excel VB, Access Database, SQL, PowerApps, PowerBI and Tableau. Maintain and enhance existing departmental automated tools. Create automated reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems. Create, design, and maintain databases; analyze reports and provide insights/suggestions. Maintain up to date business knowledge and process to impact operations and provide solutions. Create meaningful reporting and analysis utilizing various sources, accessing the data via SQL query language or other available query applications. Create and maintain user-friendly databases for various areas to meet reporting and analysis requirements. This position is eligible for WFH from the locations listed in the job description.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year technical experience OR 5 years technical experience.
  • Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing completion of multiple projects.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, VB.NET, C+, C# and others
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Effectively communicate technical processes in a non-technical manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • End-user programming skills.
  • Systems database testing experience.
