We are seeking an associate attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island. Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability
3+ years of relevant experience handling Labor Law claims
3+ years of relevant experience handling automobile liability
3+ years of relevant experience handling dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment
Ability to work remotely from home on an as needed basis

Nice To Haves

Trial experience is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities

Significant client contact from beginning to end
Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
Conducting and representing clients at depositions
Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts
Preparing and responding to relevant motions
