This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is looking to build a strong legal foundation while working alongside experienced legal professionals across a variety of practice areas. The successful candidate will possess exceptional legal writing abilities, sound analytical judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license and admission to practice law in the State of Colorado
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with sound professional judgment
  • 0–3 years of legal experience
  • U.S.-based applicants only
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting litigation or transactional matters
  • Judicial clerkship, law review, moot court, or similar legal accomplishments
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Trial preparation or deposition experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative legal team
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing legal education

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
  • Support senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management
  • Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and trial materials
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress
  • Review legal documents for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Stay current on changes in statutes, regulations, and applicable case law
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes
  • Manage assigned matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail
