Associate Attorney (Defense side, PI)

Requirements
- 1-7 years civil defense litigation experience
- Preferably in general liability, bodily injury, premises liability, product liability, or construction defect
- CA bar license in good standing
- Experience should include working 15+ cases at once
- Ability to attend and defend depositions, court appearance, motion and discovery drafting
- Must be willing and able to bill, track time accordingly
Responsibilities
- Draft/review and respond to petitions/complaints, motions, and written discovery
- Attend hearings and meetings with clients when requested
- Prepare for and attend depositions
- Assist with preparation for mediations and trials
