About The Position

Small, dynamic, collegial and fast-growing Plaintiffs’ civil rights firm in Silver Spring, Maryland seeks ambitious Associate Attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience to work on federal court, plaintiff-side employment cases, principally involving wage and hour disputes.

Requirements

• Strong interest in plaintiff-side litigation and in development of the law in ways that benefits wage and hour plaintiffs
• Strong legal writing, research and organizational skills
• Able to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment
• Members of both the Maryland and D.C. bars, or be eligible to become members of both the Maryland and D.C. bars
