About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated attorney with three (3) to seven (7) years of experience to join its General Liability Practice, with a focus on insurance coverage and liability defense. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and the support of a nationally recognized litigation platform. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and drafting thoughtful, well-reasoned coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies. Experience across all phases of litigation is expected, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and depositions. Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice includes more than 600 attorneys nationwide and is widely respected for handling high-exposure, complex matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and sophisticated commercial litigation.

Requirements

Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience
Experience analyzing insurance coverage issues
Experience drafting coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies
Experience across all phases of litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and depositions
Admission to the Washington State Bar
