About The Position

The Associate Attorney will provide comprehensive legal representation across firm practice areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney. This role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set in a high-volume practice, delivering responsive, client-focused legal services.

Requirements

Licensed in Kentucky (required)
2-5+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Ability to remain focused for extended periods
Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
Ability to multi-task
Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Multi-state licensure - (Indiana/Ohio preferred)
Licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court
Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience

Responsibilities

Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
