We are hiring for the following practice areas: General Liability, Personal Injury, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.

Requirements

Three to five years’ experience in litigation.
Extensive experience in all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and has impeccable communication skills.
Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
Licensed to Practice Law in New York.
Licensed to Practice Law in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Manage all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis.
