Our well-established plaintiff law firm in the San Fernando Valley, with 28 years in practice, is hiring an attorney to join our high-volume Workers’ Compensation department. The work is here, the staff is in place, and the infrastructure is built. Cases come to you — so your focus stays where it should be: fighting for clients and delivering strong results. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants consistent files, reliable support, and real upside in compensation. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Active California State Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side Workers’ Compensation experience required
• Strong command of WCAB procedures, medical-legal process, and PD ratings
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady pipeline of plaintiff Workers’ Compensation cases from assignment through resolution
• Guide cases through WCAB proceedings, medical-legal issues, and PD ratings
• Appear at MSCs, rating hearings, and settlement conferences
• Negotiate with defense counsel and adjusters
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the case
• Work with a bilingual client base and provide strong client support
