About The Position
The Associate Attorney will investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims. The role handles personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad-faith litigation. The attorney takes and defends depositions, drafts dispositive motions and insurance coverage opinions, attends court hearings, represents clients in litigation proceedings, and conducts examinations under oath (EUOs). The position is 100% onsite in Denver, Colorado. Local candidates only; relocation is not available.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Must be a local candidate in the Denver, Colorado area; relocation is not available.
