About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney for its Toxic Tort and Asbestos practices in its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills and 1-7 years of experience in all phases of toxic tort and asbestos litigation. This includes case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required, with Delaware Bar admission being a plus. The firm has a long history in toxic tort defense, dating back to the 1980s, and has extensive experience defending claims related to asbestos, benzene, diacetyl, carbon monoxide, and other chemical products. They represent a variety of clients nationwide, acting as national coordinating counsel, regional counsel, and local counsel. While toxic tort experience is preferred, the firm is also open to talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation area who show a demonstrated interest in toxic tort law and seek an opportunity in a growing, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 1-7 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
