Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Employment law.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow litigation attorneys.
- Develop and manage your cases from start to finish.
- Advocate for clients in employment law litigation.
- Engage in law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
