Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school & active California Bar membership (good standing required)
- At least 1 year experience working in private practice
- A proactive, team-oriented approach—you want to grow and help those around you succeed
Nice To Haves
- Prior Family Law experience is requested
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing motions, discovery, and judicial council forms
- Managing client communications with clarity and professionalism
- Conducting legal research and supporting case strategy
- Court appearances and depositions
- Contributing to a team that values both precision and creativity in legal advocacy
