Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment.

Nice To Haves

Trial experience is not required but is a plus.
This position is a great opportunity, particularly for a candidate who resides on Long Island.

Responsibilities

Significant client contact from beginning to end
Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
Conducting and representing clients at depositions
Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts
Preparing and responding to relevant motions
