About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK) is seeking an entry- to mid-level litigation attorney to join its team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The mid-sized regional firm specializes in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. The position may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or onsite. The role offers a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment and meaningful work that can expand professional experience.

The firm offers mentorship, training, and a path to leadership. The stated salary range is $90,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity and discretionary bonuses. Requirements

• Current and active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing.
• Up to 7 years of litigation experience preferred; New Jersey experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant skills from other jurisdictions are welcome.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with case/file management systems.
• Ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.
