Requirements
- Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
- Must reside within the state of California.
- Strong analytical, writing, and litigation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation defense is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Handle diverse caseloads involving workers' compensation defense and related matters.
- Provide legal services in Workers' Compensation, Subrogation, Lien Resolution, and Mediation Services.
- Consult on Major Loss Claims.
- Stay updated on industry news, case law, and legislative updates.
