As a national defense firm, we're seeking passionate attorneys licensed in Arizona with experience in General Liability and Auto, professional lines including Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living/Long Term Care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-7 years of experience. Requirements

Admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
Regularly attend court appearances.
Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
Draft motions for summary judgments.

Nice To Haves

Experience in General Liability and Auto
Experience in professional lines including Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living/Long Term Care
1-7 years of experience

Responsibilities

Medical records analysis
Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
Drafting discovery and responding to discovery
Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
Regularly attending court appearances
Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
Drafting motions for summary judgment
