About The Position

We are seeking Attorneys to join our team at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to practice across a range of areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, with additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania considered a plus. Strong writing skills are essential, and trial experience is highly valued. We also offer hybrid work schedules to provide flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently
• Commitment to professional excellence, ethical standards, and client advocacy

Nice To Haves

• Additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania
• Prior trial experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle client matters with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
• Practice in areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and correspondence
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings (if applicable)
• Maintain effective client communication and provide updates on case progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and knowledge sharing
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities
