About The Position

JT Legal Group, APC is an established plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm with a dedicated civil litigation division. We specialize in complex personal injury matters and maintain a strong mission of client advocacy. We are seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in both state and federal court. The right candidate will be organized, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported by approximately one full-time legal secretary/paralegal to help streamline case handling and maximize productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years litigation experience required
• Personal Injury background strongly preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused
• A collaborative team player with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file complaints
• Prepare and respond to pleadings
• Conduct and manage discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients
• Handle cases from intake through trial or resolution
