About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney for its General Liability Practice in the Denver, CO office. The role requires strong research and writing skills and 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Colorado Bar is mandatory. The firm's General Liability Practice has over 600 attorneys nationwide, representing defendants in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas, including property and personal injury claims for insured and self-insured entities. They specialize in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. While insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm is also open to talented attorneys with strong skills in any litigation arena. This is an opportunity to join a growing, collaborative firm.

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
