About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to manage civil litigation matters for a diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time role involves leading all phases of litigation, from initial intake to final resolution. You will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and filing legal documents, conducting depositions, and developing data-driven case strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication, while effectively representing them in legal proceedings. This position requires the ability to work independently on assigned caseloads while also collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of dedicated civil litigation experience.
• Strong, proven track record handling depositions, technical motion practice, and case strategy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and structural legal problem-solving skills.
• Intelligent, curious, self-motivated, and comfortable independently managing complex legal matters.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hands-on trial experience is highly preferred.
• Active bar licenses in multiple states are considered a distinct plus.
• Proficiency or familiarity with AI-driven legal tools and workflows is appreciated.
