About The Position

We seek an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Florida foreclosure department on our Uncontested team. This role involves managing foreclosure files from initial legal drafting through the foreclosure sale, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and updates. The position requires strong legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proven track record in handling litigation from inception to trial.
• Familiarity with LPS/Black Knight and Tempo.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
• Manage files from first Legal drafting/complaints through foreclosure sale.
• Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver top-notch legal services.
