About The Position

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its active, collaborative Dallas practice. The attorney will defend premises liability, trucking, and personal injury matters, managing cases from initial pleading through resolution. The role offers opportunities to handle hearings independently, take and defend depositions, and build direct client relationships, with Partners available for strategic guidance. The position may be performed on-site, hybrid, or remotely; on-site or hybrid work requires being located in or able to travel to the Dallas area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in premises liability, trucking, personal injury, or general liability defense.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Located in, or able to travel to, the Dallas area for on-site or hybrid work; remote work is also available.

Responsibilities

• Defend a docket of premises liability, trucking, and personal injury matters from initial pleading through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions and attend hearings independently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery, and manage the discovery process.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, strategy recommendations, and responsive service.
• Collaborate with Partners and fellow attorneys on case strategy and share insights across the team.
