Requirements

Active license to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing
Strong understanding of foreclosure, collections, or litigation processes (academic or practical exposure acceptable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and client interaction
Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team environment
Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and case management systems is a plus
Capability to conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky (mandatory)
Must be in good standing with respective state bar associations

Nice To Haves

Legal internship, clerkship, or prior experience in foreclosure, collections, or litigation
Exposure to high-volume legal environments or law firm practice
Experience handling court appearances or client interactions
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
