Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation and business/transactional law.
- Experience in construction defect and business litigation.
- Possession of excellent writing and research skills.
- Active bar license in Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Engage in civil, construction defect, and business litigation.
- Utilize excellent writing and research skills.
- Work with clients throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Texas.
- Assist clients in navigating all phases of the risk management process.
- Contribute to the successful resolution of disputes.
