Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Strong corporate transactional/M&A and health care regulatory experience.
- Highest level of legal and practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral presentation and drafting ability.
- Client relations acumen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions).
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory issues in such transactions (such as Stark, fraud/abuse, and the like).
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
