Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Strong corporate transactional/M&A and health care regulatory experience.
  • Highest level of legal and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral presentation and drafting ability.
  • Client relations acumen.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions).
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory issues in such transactions (such as Stark, fraud/abuse, and the like).
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Seeking opportunities for growth.
