About The Position
We are a growing California law firm seeking an entry level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our team through a structured training and growth program. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. No prior workers’ compensation experience required.
Requirements
- Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and training
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive training and progressively increased responsibility as part of the New Attorney Growth Program.
- Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
- Work closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
- Manage workers’ compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff).
- Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
- Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
