The Associate Attorney - Pre-litigation role is responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters. This involves driving medical treatment, building strong demand packages, and negotiating settlements to maximize client recovery, all while adhering to firm strategy and valuation standards. The mission is to advance cases from intake through resolution by executing disciplined medical management, thorough case development, and effective negotiations in close partnership with leadership and legal support teams. The ideal candidate understands the role, wants the responsibility, and possesses the skills, time, and energy to execute it at a high level. They must have a comprehensive understanding of the role's intricacies, its significance, and its specific responsibilities.
