About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling complex, high-value cases in California. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking for strong earning potential, courtroom exposure, and a clear path for long-term growth—without traditional billable hour pressure. The Associate Attorney will manage and litigate a variety of complex matters while owning case strategy, client advocacy, and litigation execution from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong courtroom, deposition, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage active caseloads
• Competitive, driven, and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate high-value civil cases
• Develop and execute litigation strategy
• Handle matters from intake through settlement or trial

• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Lead and coordinate support staff and case workflow
• Manage deadlines, filings, and litigation strategy execution
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and legal teams
