About The Position

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation to join its Wilmington, DE office. Experience in mass torts, class actions and professional liability defense (skilled care facilities, hotels/motels, lawyers, architects and engineers, sports teams) is a plus. Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation
  • Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies.
  • Admission to the state bar of Delaware is required.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.
