We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a growing general liability defense practice in Tallahassee, Florida. Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in general liability, insurance defense, or civil litigation
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of general liability defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy
