About The Position
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience representing lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex syndicated lending transactions. The candidate must have large law firm experience and be comfortable working in a team atmosphere. Superior academic credentials are required. The candidate must be able to assume an appropriate level of senior deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients.
Requirements
