About The Position
Trenam Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Transactions Associate with at least 3 years of experience to primarily work out of our St. Petersburg office. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
- assist senior attorneys and clients in drafting and review of documents
- due diligence on transactions
- purchase and sale agreements
- commercial lease agreements
- review and resolve title issues
- research of various legal issues to determine advice or action
- support of various real estate practice areas
