The Associate/Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs will have primary administrative oversight of the curriculum for the Doctor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy dual degree programs. This position reports to the Dean. The role involves ensuring curriculum alignment with ACPE standards, managing course scheduling, budget allocation, and quality assurance. It also includes developing plans for student success, identifying students needing academic support, and maintaining student records. Additionally, the position provides leadership for new program development and implementation, teaches assigned courses, fulfills faculty responsibilities, serves on committees, maintains a scholarship program, and collaborates on accreditation efforts.
